Für eine schnelle Wärmeaufnahme befindet sich am Kontaktboden des Aluminumkühlers eine 44mm große Kupferplatte. Durch die große Oberfläche der Aluminiumlamellen wird die aufgenommene Verlustleistung der CPU an den Luftstrom abgegeben.
