Description
It seems like heatpipes have finally found there place in hearts in heatsink manufacturers, a year ago the only companies using heatpipes heatsinks on a regular basis were Scythe, Thermalright and AeroCool. I’m sure there were others but those were the big names. If you look at the heatpipe selection at Newegg today you would be surprised to see how many companies have added this simple but highly effective means of cooling to their arsenal.
The Heatsink we are looking at today from AeroCool is a record breaker so to speak, the record being it uses the largest diameter heatpipes ever used on a heatsink to date. The AeroCool HT-102 make use of 3 massive 8mm heatpipes and a few other tricks we will point out in a minute or so. So come on along as we check out AeroCool newest heatsink.
