We told you about Ultra suing seemingly every PSU maker over their modular PSU patent. Paul Johnson, HardOCP’s PSU editor, sent me a link showing that Ultra has gone ahead and sued Enermax directly, choosing not to wait for the ITC’s investigation. Unfortunately, not much detail is available unless you have a PACER subscription.
