Voided Warranty: Many of us have seen a few hard drive mods, like all mods we see, we all think to ourselves " what can I do to make this mod different ". We have seen the HD mods where a window was just cut out of the HD cover. Then someone took it to a higher level eliminating the HD cover and using all acrylic, cool, but I think it could be done better. Then another sweet HD mod done by Tony over at HiTechMods, is when I decided to do the Voided Warranty mod. For this HD mod ill be using a Maxtor 5 gig hard drive, five 3mm 3000mcd 50ma green LED’s, and a Voided Warranty window applique. So find an extra drive and mod that thing, and don’t blame Voided Warranty if you kill your HD.
