Passive vs. Active CPU cooling with Thermalright Coolers
Product Thermalright HR-01, Thermalright XP-120, Thermalright Ultra-120Publisher PC Perspective

Description
Thermalright specializes in the design and manufacture of a wide array of cooling systems and modules for the information communication technology (ICT) industries. There CPU cooler line of products is designed with a diverse group of end users in mind; as such, the products are suitable in a variety of distribution channels.

Thermalright employees the top-notch designers and uses advance testing equipment and process that meet the stringent testing specifications of Intel and AMD. There people and our process are ISO-9000 certified. We work only with the leading component vendors of the world to ensure the best quality to our customers.

Today I’m going to be doing something a bit different, I have been asked to look at Thermalright’s new heavy weight air cooler the HR-01 with the optional ducting. But not only that, Thermalright are that confident about there passive HR-01 that they sent the XP120 cooler (one of the best air coolers on the market) to compare it too!!

Thats right they are that confident in the new HR-01 that they believe it will compete with the HR01 while being silent. will it, well i have doubts, so let us get on with the review and find out.
