Motorola is suing Michael Fenger, formerly Motorola’s EMEA exec, for violating a non-compete agreement when he left in March and joined Apple’s iPhone division a month later. Motorola also alleges that he “threatened to reveal its trade secrets.”



Motorola …asks the Cook County court to stop Fenger from working for Apple for two years and to bar him from soliciting or hiring Motorola employees or disclosing Motorola’s confidential information.
