History

EKL AG was founded as Elektronik Kühlsysteme Leutkirch GmbH in 1995 and has been registred as a public limited company since march 2000. The company is based in Leutkirch, a town in the south-west Allgäu region. Over 50 experienced employees are dedicated to meeting the divers requirements of our international customers. Besides the research and development of cooling systems for computers, the company´s service spectrum covers distribution, merketing and logistics on a global scale. EKL also boasts its own production and distribution subsidiaries in Hungary and Taiwan. The direct transfer of know-how to and from the asian markets allows EKL access to the latest developments and to market dynamic strategies quickly. EKL have the facilities in both Germany and Hungary to assemble over 20,000 cooling systems per site on a daily basis. EKL’s capacities in Taiwan are even capable of production over 57,000 units. The EKL AG company has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1999.
