Dave Prochnow’s ADD Ramblings
12 May 2007 @ amazon.com
I am amazed that a giant book publisher, McGraw Hill, would even allow this book to go to print. I have to agree with the other customer reviews. This book was a huge disappointment! Dave Prochnow’s book is erratic, confusing, and deficient of practical application. His writing was hard to follow and at times made me wonder why I paid $24.95 to read the ramblings of a person with ADD. In fairness his suggestions on PSP websites and selection of accessories were decent. However, the book lacked goof-proof, insider’s guidance!

Sadly Disappointed/Book Sucks
13 Apr 2006 @ amazon.com
This book is absolutely disappoiting. I mean I bought it and wish I hadn’t. It only scratches the surface of what can be done with the PSP. Even though I bought this book used I am still disappointed. It is not at all what I expected.
It is basically a "How To" for connecting things to the PSP. It takes up 50% of the book with pics showing how to do useless things with the other products rather than the PSP. Case in point, connecting the Apple iPod to the PSP. Why would you do that? Oh ya, because the PSP can already play MP3’s and you just wanted to do it because you could. Dumb.
I wish I would have never bought this book.
very disappointed

i bought 3 books online thru amazon. the book PSP hacks, mods, and expansions , has to be the worst book ive ever looked forward to reading. the author omited countless things promised and advertised on the cover that were no where to be found in the pages. it says u can download a copy of the book to view on your psp, i never found a single reference throughout the entire book, cept on the back cover saying u can download the entire book onto your psp!
i’d say that dave prochnow is the biggest goof online n in no way should anyone in the psp community buy this book, you aint missing anything. alot of the info can be read in the manual u get with your psp. just useless thru and thru.
